相信我們對(duì)攪拌車(chē)都并不陌生。攪拌車(chē)是一種特殊車(chē)輛，并不是所有開(kāi)車(chē)的司機(jī)都會(huì)開(kāi)攪拌車(chē)，如果操作不當(dāng)會(huì)引起翻車(chē)、液壓泵、馬達(dá)、減速機(jī)過(guò)快磨損甚至出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重后果。為了讓大家可以更安全的駕駛攪拌車(chē)，下面自上料攪拌車(chē)廠(chǎng)家就主要跟大家介紹一下駕駛攪拌車(chē)的注意事項(xiàng)。

1．起動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)之前，應(yīng)把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。
1. Before starting the mixer truck, put the operating handle of the mixing drum at the "stop" position.
2．?dāng)嚢柢?chē)起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)后，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在低速下轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可工作。
2. After the engine of the mixer truck is started, the mixing drum shall be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes, and the hydraulic oil can be operated only after the temperature rises above 20 ℃.
3．?dāng)嚢柢?chē)在露天停放時(shí)，裝料前應(yīng)將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質(zhì)量。
3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to drain the accumulated water and sundries to ensure the quality of concrete.
4．?dāng)嚢柢?chē)在運(yùn)輸混凝土?xí)r，要保證滑斗放置牢固，防止因松動(dòng)造成擺動(dòng)，在行進(jìn)中打傷行人或影響其它車(chē)輛正常運(yùn)行。
4. When transporting concrete, the mixer truck shall ensure that the sliding bucket is firmly placed to prevent swinging due to looseness, injuring pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.
5. 攪拌車(chē)裝運(yùn)攪拌好的混凝土?xí)r，攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速為2-10轉(zhuǎn)/分，在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速保證在2-3轉(zhuǎn)/分，行駛在側(cè)傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動(dòng)較大的路面時(shí)，應(yīng)停止攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)，待路況好轉(zhuǎn)后再恢復(fù)攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)。
5. When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the rotation speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the rotation speed of the mixing drum on the flat road surface shall be 2-3 rpm. When driving on the road surface with a side slope of more than 50 or the road surface with large shaking, the mixing and rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing and rotation shall be resumed after the road condition is improved.
6. 混凝土攪拌車(chē)運(yùn)送混凝土的時(shí)間不能超過(guò)攪拌站規(guī)定的時(shí)間。運(yùn)送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停轉(zhuǎn)，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現(xiàn)象。司機(jī)應(yīng)時(shí)常觀(guān)察混凝土情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時(shí)通報(bào)調(diào)度室，申請(qǐng)做出處理。
6. The time for transporting concrete by concrete mixer truck shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete. The driver shall always observe the concrete condition, report any abnormality to the dispatching room and apply for handling.
7. 攪拌車(chē)車(chē)內(nèi)裝有混凝土?xí)r，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)停滯時(shí)間不得超過(guò)1小時(shí)，如超時(shí)應(yīng)立即要求現(xiàn)場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人給予及時(shí)處理。
7. When the mixer truck is loaded with concrete, the stagnation time at the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be required to handle it in time.
