1、混合器正在運行：
1. Mixer running:
1)向攪拌筒加料應在運行中進行；添加新材料只能在攪拌機中所有的原混凝土卸載后進行。除反向卸料外，不要中途停止攪拌機或在攪拌機滿載時啟動攪拌機。

2)進料時，嚴禁將頭或手伸入料斗和機架，操作時不得用手或工具等東西伸入攪拌筒扒料卸料。

2、攪拌機運行前：混凝土攪拌機運行前后，傳動機構、工作裝置、制動器等。應進行可靠的檢查和緊固，以確保正常運行。大齒圈、皮帶輪等部件上應安裝防護罩，攪拌筒、支撐傳動和運動部件以及倉門、斗門和軌道內不得有異物卡住。

3、攪拌機運轉后：當混凝土攪拌完成或預計停止1小時以上時，除了排出剩余的材料外，還應將石頭和清水倒入振動桶中，并打開攪拌機，將附著在桶上的砂漿清洗干凈后排出。桶內不得有積水，以防桶和葉片生銹。同時，還應清理攪拌筒外積聚的灰塵，以保持機器的清潔和完好。
